At Polendro Tromila, we're committed to creating a fair and transparent process for course refunds. We understand that circumstances change, and sometimes a program isn't the right fit. That said, our refund policy reflects the reality of digital educational content – once you've accessed material and engaged with course resources, we've delivered significant value that can't be "returned" in a traditional sense.

Who Can Request a Refund

Early Withdrawal

Students who withdraw within 14 days of enrollment and have accessed less than 20% of course materials may qualify for a full refund.

Technical Issues

If ongoing platform problems prevent you from accessing your program despite our support team's help, you're eligible for refund consideration.

Program Cancellation

Should we need to cancel a scheduled program before it starts, you'll receive a complete refund or credit toward another course.

Misrepresentation

If the program content significantly differs from what was described at enrollment, we'll work with you on appropriate resolution.

You'll receive a detailed email explaining our decision. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected timeline. If denied, we'll explain why and suggest alternatives.

Communication: Clear explanation provided regardless of outcome

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. You'll receive confirmation when the transaction is complete.

Common Refund Scenarios

Changed Your Mind Early

You enrolled in our Unity Fundamentals program but realized after three days that you'd prefer to start with Unreal Engine instead. You've watched two introductory videos and completed the welcome module.

Outcome: Full refund available. You're within the 14-day window and have accessed minimal content. We can help you switch to the Unreal program or issue a complete refund.

Unexpected Life Changes

You're five weeks into the program when a family emergency requires your full attention. You've completed about 40% of the coursework and participated actively in project reviews.

Outcome: Partial refund or program pause option. Since you've engaged significantly with the material, we'll calculate a prorated refund based on unused content. Alternatively, we can pause your enrollment for up to six months.

Platform Access Problems

You're experiencing persistent login issues that our support team hasn't resolved after two weeks of troubleshooting. You've only been able to access the platform sporadically.

Outcome: Full refund or extended access. Technical issues on our end shouldn't cost you money or time. We'll either resolve the issue and extend your program access, or process a complete refund.

Program Already Completed

You finished the entire program, completed all projects, and received your certificate. Now you're requesting a refund because you're disappointed with job market response.

Outcome: Refund not available. You received all course materials and completed the program. We can't refund completed educational services. We're happy to offer career guidance or additional portfolio support instead.

About Processing Times

These are estimates based on typical banking and payment processor timelines. The actual time may vary depending on your financial institution. We initiate all approved refunds within 2 business days of approval, but we can't control how quickly your bank or payment provider processes the incoming funds. International transactions sometimes take longer.

When Refunds Aren't Available

Substantial Course Completion

Once you've accessed more than 50% of course materials or completed more than half the program duration, refunds are no longer available. At that point, you've received the majority of the educational value.

Downloaded Resources

If you've downloaded significant course resources, project files, or asset packages, this indicates full engagement with the program and typically disqualifies you from refund eligibility.

Certificate Issued

Once we've issued your completion certificate, the program is considered fully delivered. You can't return digital credentials or the knowledge gained.

Promotional Pricing

Courses purchased during special promotions or bundle deals have different refund terms. Individual courses within bundles can't be refunded separately – it's all or nothing within the first 14 days.

Account Violations

If your account has been suspended or terminated due to policy violations (like sharing login credentials or distributing course materials), you won't be eligible for any refund.
